I live in Toronto and I like it here, but I believe European cities are far more attractive and livable than cities in Canada or the USA. However, there are some cities on this side of the pond that I really do like, in particular San Francisco, Boston and.....Quebec City. So in 2017, I took my son, Coby, there to see what there is to see in the most 'European' city in Canada. And to walk the walls. That's a curious little hobby of mine (see my 2024 Italy video which, among others, includes a walk along the ramparts of Lucca). 00:00:00 Old city 00:04:44 Medium icebreakers Amundsen and Radisson, and light icebreaker Griffon 00:06:48 Université Laval 00:08:43 Fabulous mural 00:10:52 Citadel 00:12:35 Walk along the city wall 00:21:22 City centre in the sun

This is very nice. I visited le Vieux Quebéc for the first time on the occasion of this year's (2026) Bonhomme / Carnaval de Québec. I stayed at the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, just across the place from your hotel and visible in your video, overlooking the mighty Ste. Lawrence. Very informative and beautiful presentation, thank you both.
