Let's pray in the name of Jesus Christ for a decentralised China with no nukes, no military and no Leninist organisation. May LORD God's light shine on China. Observation, thinking, logic, and cognition. The spirit of independence, the thought of freedom—let us use the sunlight of reason to dispel the darkness of reality. English | Music | Former China CPA, Independent Auditor Critical Thinking. Praying for a peaceful, decentralized China driven by truth and liberty.

I bought a $20 “Made in China” AC adapter. Within two years, it stopped working. Curious, I opened it—and found adhesive tape where proper insulation should have been. This isn’t just cheap corner-cutting; it’s planned fragility, a design that hides hazards from unsuspecting consumers.

In this video, I use sunlight to reveal the interior flaws and explain why these seemingly minor defects can scale to life-critical products, like PPE during a pandemic. When cheap, corner-cut products flow from a totalitarian regime like China to the world, they can become potential hazards and even weapons, affecting human life on a global scale.

We explore:

How planned fragility works

Hidden dangers in everyday electronics

Implications for PPE safety

Why cheap “Made in China” products are a systemic risk

On June 28, 2023, CCP Central Military Commission (CMC) Chairman Xi Jinping elevated Ling Huanxin (凌焕新) to the rank of full General (上将) at the Bayi Building in Beijing, appointing him as Political Commissioner of the PLA Academy of Military Sciences (AMS).

This official ceremony—attended by CMC Vice Chairmen Zhang Youxia and He Weidong, alongside CMC members Li Shangfu, Liu Zhenli, Miao Hua, and Zhang Shengmin—marks a major elevation in the political enforcement apparatus governing the regime's military research sector.
The Strategic Significance of AMS and the Academy of Military Medical Sciences (AMMS)
As Political Commissioner of the PLA Academy of Military Sciences (AMS), General Ling Huanxin exercises top-tier political control over the military’s primary strategic warfare and technology research centers. Crucially, the AMS operational ecosystem includes the PLA Academy of Military Medical Sciences (AMMS)—the premier military medical research institution widely scrutinized by international intelligence communities for its biological warfare research, gain-of-function experiments, and direct ties to Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Prior to his appointment at AMS, Ling served as a full corps-grade full-time commissioner of the CMC Commission for Discipline Inspection and later its Deputy Secretary. His career trajectory demonstrates the Central Military Commission's strategy: deploying seasoned political enforcement officers to oversee biological research, military technology, and internal ideological security.

Institutional Immunities and Judicial Subordination
Ling Huanxin’s career highlights the complete exemption of PLA military research from civilian oversight:

Dual Role as Active-Duty Military NPC Delegate: Serving as an active-duty military NPC delegate, Ling participated in the unanimous 2018 parliamentary vote securing Xi Jinping's indefinite tenure, explicitly tying legislative mechanics to the absolute enforcement of the CMC Chairman Responsibility System.
Constitutional Subordination of Civilian Courts: Partly because the SUPREME COURT (SPC) and SUPREME PROCURATORATE (SPP) are constitutionally created by and subordinated to the NPC under Articles 62 and 67 of the PRC Constitution—which are decided by the CCP Central Military Commission (CMC) through the PLA delegation and non-PLA delegations—all military medical research programs, military medicine operations, and military internal disciplinary purges remain structurally exempt from civilian judicial oversight or legal challenge.

The Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) Central Military Commission staged a grand spectacle at the Bayi Mansion in Beijing on September 13, 2016, marking the formal consolidation of its military tyranny with the establishment of the Joint Logistics Support Force.

Xi Jinping—acting in his absolute, multi-hatted capacity as CCP General Secretary, State Puppet President, and Chairman of the Central Military Commission—personally handed over military banners and issued indoctrination decrees ("xunci") to the Wuhan Joint Logistics Support Base and its five regional tentacles in Wuxi, Guilin, Xining, Shenyang, and Zhengzhou. On behalf of the Party center and his military junta, Xi showered congratulations upon the officers and fighters of this newly minted logistics apparatus.

In his address, the autocrat demanded that the force remain single-mindedly loyal to its regime-vanguard mission and shoulder the heavy burden of autocracy. Guided by the Party's aggressive "Strong Army" expansionist goals, Xi ordered the deep integration of new-era military doctrines, emphasizing "Political Army-Building"—a euphemism for absolute ideological purges—alongside military restructuring under the guise of "rule by law" (which in reality means using legalistic rubber-stamps to codify martial compliance). He ordered the rapid acceleration of this unit’s development to meet the demands of joint warfare, joint training, and joint security, all to forge a formidable, modernized joint logistics force designed to projekt the CCP's hard power and guarantee the regime's survival.
Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the CCP Central Committee, Chairman of CCP's Central Military Commission, member of the National People's Congress (NPC), and member of the Presidium of the NPC Plenary Session, presented military flags to the Wuhan Joint Logistics Support Base and the Joint Logistics Support Centers in Wuxi, Guilin, Xining, Shenyang, and Zhengzhou, and delivered a training address. from: https://video.sina.com.cn/view/250747948.html

China's PLA Central Theater Command Deputy Chief of Staff Major General Tan Min on "Joint Operations" & Post-Reform Military Strategy

In this March 2018 interview with CNR Military News, Major General Tan Min—Deputy Chief of Staff of the Central Theater Command (covering Beijing, Hubei/Wuhan, Henan/Zhengzhou, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi, and Shaanxi) and Delegate to the National People's Congress—explains the institutional shift from traditional military regions to the modern theater command system.

Gen. Tan outlines the Four Core Operational Mandates under China’s defense overhaul:

Primary Focus on Theater Combat (主战主责): Transitioning to a dedicated joint operational command structure focused strictly on battlefield readiness, mission execution, and operational accountability.

Joint Warfare & Joint Training (联战联训): Integrating cross-service joint drills to modernize military mindset and align operational concepts with high-tech modern warfare.

Achieving Victory Through Precision Planning (胜战胜算): Translating information dominance into rapid decision-making using systematic, flow-chart-driven operational design and digitized combat checklists.

Unified Command & Resource Integration (统战统保): Leveraging cutting-edge civil-military technology—including IoT (Internet of Things) and nano-sensors—to map defense mobilization potential directly into theater combat plans.
